Find answers to common questions about our services, appointments, insurance, and more.

Appointments & Scheduling

You can schedule your first appointment by calling our office at 469-273-6493 or by using our online contact form. Our team will guide you through the intake process and help you find a convenient appointment time that works for you.

Please bring the following to your first appointment:

  • Your insurance card and photo ID
  • A list of current medications and dosages
  • Any previous mental health records if available
  • Notes about your concerns and symptoms

You may also complete our new patient forms in advance through our patient portal to save time.

We require 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations. This allows us to offer the appointment time to other patients in need. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee. We understand emergencies happen, so please contact us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule.

Initial evaluations typically last 60-90 minutes to allow for a comprehensive assessment. Follow-up appointments are usually 30-45 minutes depending on your treatment plan and needs. We ensure you have enough time to discuss your concerns thoroughly.

Insurance & Billing

Yes, we work with most major insurance providers. Please contact our office to verify your specific insurance coverage. We also offer self-pay options and can provide documentation for out-of-network reimbursement.

We offer competitive self-pay rates and can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance company for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Many patients are able to receive partial reimbursement through this process.

For insurance patients, we bill your insurance company directly. You are responsible for any copays, deductibles, or coinsurance as outlined in your insurance plan. For self-pay patients, payment is due at the time of service. We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and HSA/FSA cards.
